What Documents are required at move-in?
All tenants must provide a copy of their drivers license. We require all tenants storing a Boat, RV or Vehicle, a copy of their insurance. We offer Bader Insurance policies for those in self-storage units. You must complete and sign the rental agreement, along with chosing your own personal gate access code. At the time of move-in, you must pay using a debit/credit card or ACH, (we do not accept cash, money orders or checks). At the time of move-in, you can opt to sign up for monthly auto-pay OR recurring ACH draft. If you do not sign up for autopayment, you can set up your own personal account on our website bill pay and pay your bill manually the 1st of each month.

Our Covered and Enclosed spaces keep your ride sheltered from the elements while our accessible Outdoor spaces are the most economical option. We also offer our tenants a seperate wash-down area for their Boats, RVs and other recreational vehicles. Wash down areas are located on the end of each building. Whether you’re storing your possessions with us or your vehicle, you won’t have to worry about security; we feature onsite staff and 24/7 digital video surveillance alongside coded gate and door entry.
